This is why Keygloo offers a simple yet powerful mode of authentication that can be combined with existing authentication mechanisms to ensure the safety of your clients' accounts.
This method of authentication is based on verifying the authenticity of an user by "something he has" like a credit card and "something he knows" like a password. It requires all users of an application to have Keygloo installed in their system and a Keygloo number.
When an user attempts to login using his password, he will be thrown an encrypted random password. To decrypt this, the user should simply click the 'Decrypt' button in his browser and provide the password for his private key. The decryted password is displayed on the screen which he then submits to the web site by clicking a 'submit' button. On successful submission of the challenge password, the user is authenticated into the system.
To see for yourself how Keygloo authentication works, click on the "View Demo" button at the top. You should have the latest version of Keygloo installed in your computer to try this. |
