USE OF THE SERVICE

Within the framework of the applications provided in the Keygloo Service, you may

• Download and use software utilities that are available for free and marked as such in the web site.

• Use the software for encrypting and decrypting files, emails and other digital content as provided in the software utilities.

• Use the software and the web site for making modifications to your user profile or cancelling your Keygloo Number

Modify the profile of any Keygloo Number other than your own.
Create or modify a Keygloo Number utilizing an email account that is not your own.
Utilize Keygloo Service or any Keygloo Numbers for any illegal activity.
Indulge in any activity that would interfere with or disrupt networks connected to this Service.
Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on Keygloo Service and software utilities.
Use Keygloo Numbers for the purpose of sending spam mails, junk email or chain letters.
Create a Keygloo Number under a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message.
Violate any laws and more particularly laws related to encryption of information in your jurisdiction or in your recipient's jurisdiction

To reconfirm your intent to continue to use your Keygloo Number whenever requested.
Not o ensure that encryption is legal at both the sender's and receiver's countries.
To ensure that usage of 1024-bit RSA asymmetric encryption and 256-bit AES symmetric encryption. is permitted in your jurisdiction.
You are aware that Keygloo does not assert any Keygloo user's identity. You agree to employ your own measures for obtaining your correspondent's Keygloo number.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You agree that Keygloo may, without prior notice terminate the use of your Keygloo Number and to deny access to you to all or any part of this site.

• Contravention or violations of the TOS and/or other incorporated agreements or guidelines

• A self-initiated request by you for removal of your Keygloo Number or to discontinue use of the Service

• Removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to Keygloo Number and all related information associated with your Keygloo Number

Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Keygloo's sole discretion and that Keygloo shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your Keygloo Number or access to the Service.

Any Software Utilities and Plug-ins (“Software”) those are made available for download from Keygloo Service is the property of Infinitrust Private Limited. Use of the Software is governed by the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), which comes with or included in the Software. You should not install the Software unless you agree to and accept the EULA terms. Any use of the Software, not in accordance with the EULA is expressly prohibited by law and appropriate international treaties.

All software utilities provided by Keygloo are in “as is” condition. No warranties, explicit or implicit are made as to the usability, strength of encryption, or other suitability to a particular purpose. You agree to use the software at your own risk.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Keygloo, its subsidiaries, partners, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your use of the Service.

LIABILITY

Keygloo provides its Service "as is". Keygloo makes no warranty or covenant with regard to the availability, reliability, or timeliness of the Service. The information and services included in or available through the Service may include inaccuracies or errors.

Keygloo does not guarantee that Keygloo will be uninterrupted or error-free, that bugs or malfunctions will be corrected, or that the Service and its servers are free of harmful components, or that the uses of its Service, or the materials provided within the Service, are accurate, without error, or reliable.

Keygloo may make improvements and/or changes to the Service at any time without notice.

Keygloo is not responsible if any third party blocks the Service so as the user is prevented from using the Service.

Keygloo is not responsible for the appropriateness of the Service for any purpose.

Keygloo will not be held responsible for any and all damages whatsoever as a result of the loss of data or profits connected to the performance of Keygloo. The sole remedy for you is to discontinue your use of Keygloo and its related Web sites.

KEY USAGE

• Keygloo Service never sends or makes available your private key to the Keygloo Server.

• Keygloo Service does not maintain a copy of your private key. It is generated in your computer and you are responsible for the security of your private key.

• Keygloo is not responsible for any direct or consequential damages arising out of the loss or compromise of your private key.

• Keygloo accepts no responsibility for the content or the destination of data encrypted using Keygloo software

• Keygloo makes no representations about the correctness of the public keys stored in the Keygloo Public Key Server

• Keygloo is not liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, in any action arising out of or in connection with the use of keys

• Keygloo hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the public keys, information, software utilities, content and related graphics and Keygloo Service is provided for your use at your own risk and "as is" without warranty of any kind.

THIRD PARTY SITES, ADVERTISERS, AND PROMOTIONS

Keygloo may have links within its web site, which may allow you leave the Keygloo site, and visit third party sites, which are not under the control of Keygloo. Keygloo is not responsible for the contents or functionality of any third party site. A link's inclusion in the Keygloo site does not endorse the site or their operators.

Any promotions sponsored by Advertisers or dealings with the Advertisers directly are solely between you and that third party. Keygloo is not responsible in any part of any such connections or dealing with advertisers or their promotions.
