It could happen due to any of the following reasons.
1. You are trying to encrypt a system file. Keygloo does not encrypt system files because it may cause your computer to malfunction.
2. You are trying to encrypt an already encrypted file using the same Keygloo number that you used previously.
3. You are trying to encrypt a file that is 0 kb.

Because it doesn't serve any purpose. However, you can encrypt a .glu file with a different Keygloo number.

The file is not a proper Keygloo encrypted file.

Because decryption options are limited to files encrypted by Keygloo. If you want to decrypt files encrypted with other software, there are many options available to you on the Internet.

It could mean one of two things.
1. Somebody changed the file contents
2. Your friend intended to send you junk |

| You have to be connected to the Internet when you enter a friend's Keygloo number who is not already in the list. This is because Keygloo has to contact the keygloo server to get the appropriate public key. |

Decrypting shared files from a network location has been disabled because decrypting those files may leave them vulnerable to unauthorized access. To access shared and encrypted files, you can simply copy those files to your local system and then decrypt.
