You can use Keygloo when on the move by having a copy of your profile and private key whereever you go. You can do this by copying both the files into a portable storage media like floppy, CD, hard drive, etc. You can alternately use the Keygloo Manger to import/export your profile and private key from and to a portable storage media respectively.
If you are using a computer not your own, you will be asked for your profile path during encryption and decryption. You should have your portable storage media containing your profile file connected to the computer before you choose the path. If you are decrypting, then you will be asked for your private key file. Again, provide this by connecting the portable storage media containing your private key file to the computer before choosing the path.
If the computer you are working on does not have Keygloo installed in it, you can download and install it from the Keygloo website. You do not have to get a new keygloo number again.
If the computer you are working on belongs to another person, you can choose to be a secondary user in that computer while installing Keygloo. However, you will not be able to encrypt any files on the desktop if you choose this option. Alternately, you can choose to be the primary user during installation from a different login. This ensures that you have all conveniences accorded to the owner of the computer when using Keygloo.
