When you send an encrypted email to a friend, you should provide his Keygloo number. If it is the first time you are sending an encrypted email to the friend, Keygloo will prompt you to provide his Keygloo number. From the next time onwards, Keygloo will remember the friend's Keygloo number by adding it to your friend list and hence will not prompt you for the number.

You can also add your friends' Keygloo numbers to your friend list using the Keygloo manager.

To add a friend, enter his Keygloo number and email id. Click ‘Add'.

To remove a friend, select the friend's Keygloo number and click ‘Remove'.

If your friend has changed his email id or Keygloo number, simply make the change
and click ‘Update'.
