To make Keygloo work with Outlook Express, you should have installed the Keygloo Outlook Express Extension.
After installation of the Outlook Express Extension, you should see a tool bar similar to the one shown below on opening Outlook Express.

The compose window in Outlook Express has a slightly different toolbar as shown below.

Type your e-mail fully.

Fill up the "To:" field with the e-mail ids of the recipients. If you have 'CC' recipients and 'BCC' recipients, fill those fields too.

Click 'Encrypt' button.

If this is the first time you are sending an encrypted e-mail to one or more of the e-mail recipients, Keygloo will ask you for their Keygloo numbers. Enter the corresponding numbers and click 'OK'. If Keygloo already has all the recipients' Keygloo numbers, this step will be absent.

If you do not know the Keygloo number of any of the recipients, click 'I don't know' when Keygloo asks you for that recipient's number. Keygloo will not encrypt the email for this recipient.

On successful encryption, you will see the e-mail turn into junk. You can now send the email by clicking the 'Send' button. If there are any recipients whose keygloo number you did not know, they will not receive the e-mail.

Open the encrypted email.

If you have your key in a removable media, connect it to your computer.

Click the 'Decrypt' button.

If you changed the location of your key recently, keygloo will ask you for the new location. Provide the path of the new location and click 'ok'.

If you have protected your key with a password, you will be asked for the password. Enter the password and click 'OK'.

Fill up the "To:" field with the e-mail ids of the recipients. If you have 'CC' recipients and 'BCC' recipients, fill those fields too.

Click the 'Attach' button from the Keygloo toolbar.

Browse and select the file to attach.

If you have more files to attach, then click 'Attach' again to select the next file. Repeat this step until all files are attached. DO NOT USE The 'Attach' button provided by OutloOK Express interface.

If Keygloo does not have the keygloo number of any of the recipients mentioned in the email, keygloo will ask for the number. Enter the number and click 'OK'.

If you do not have the Keygloo number for any of the recipients, then click 'I don't know' when Keygloo asks for the number. keygloo will exclude this recipient from receiving the email.

Your attachements will now be encrypted

Select the folder you want to encrypt.

Click the 'Folder Encrypt' button from the Keygloo toolbar

All emails inside this folder will now be encrypted including attachments. Existing Keygloo encrypted folders inside this folder will not be encrypted.

Select the folder you want to decrypt.

Click the 'Folder Dencrypt' button from the Keygloo toolbar.

All Keygloo encrypted emails inside this folder will now be decrypted.
