You can now manage access control to shared folders more effectively. This is especially important if you want restricted information to be shared across the corporate network.
Simply encrypt the files inside the folder for only those persons who have access to the folder. If you install Keygloo in your computer, you should see the following menu when you right click on a shared folder. |

Select the folder that you want to encrypt.

Right click on the folder.

From the menu, select Keygloo - >Encrypt shared-folder.

From the dialogue box that pops up, select the persons who should have access to this folder. Click 'OK' .
- If the encryption is successful, your files inside the shared folder will have the .glu extention and their icons will change to the Keygloo icon.

- Browse to the network location where the folder is shared.
- Copy the folder to your local system.
- Right click on the folder. From the menu, select Keygloo - > Decrypt
